MANUAL OSTEOPATHY
What is Manual Osteopathy?
Osteopathic Manual Therapy is a distinct branch of medicine that uses non-invasive techniques to address the entire body, with the goal of supporting wellbeing and overall health.
Osteopathy was founded by Andrew Taylor Still who established the first Osteopathic College in 1892 in Kirksville Missouri. Still’s core concepts of Osteopathy proposed that:
Structure and function are interrelated- one affects the other.
